Host Lighting is committed to providing clear and reliable delivery information. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Custom-made, personalized, oversized, backordered, or special-order lighting fixtures may require additional production and processing time. If additional time is required, we will provide an estimated schedule or contact you using the information submitted with your order.

Estimated Shipping Time

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery time:

Order processing: 1–3 business days
Standard shipping: 7–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States.

Expedited delivery, remote locations, oversized products, special handling, or other non-standard shipping services may require an additional charge. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout or confirmed with the customer before shipment.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Tracking information may require 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages

An order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product size, warehouse availability, or carrier requirements. Packages from the same order may arrive on different dates.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed because of:

Severe weather or natural events
Carrier disruptions or peak-season volume
Customs, security, or transportation inspections
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Custom production or oversized freight arrangements
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the estimated delivery period has passed, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit, gate, or access information where applicable.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, an address change may not be possible.

Additional shipping or redelivery costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or unauthorized address change may be the customer’s responsibility.

Order Inspection

Please inspect the package and product as soon as possible after delivery. Keep all original boxes, crates, protective materials, and accessories until you have confirmed that the product is complete and undamaged.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
Photos or videos showing the product and damaged area
A description of any missing or incorrect components

Do not discard the product or packaging before the claim has been reviewed. Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, arrange a replacement, or offer another appropriate solution.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier.

If the package remains missing, contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier investigation.
